Progressive Easter Dinner

To celebrate Easter today, we had a Progressive Dinner. We started out at our home for the Salad, went to the Nelson's home for the main course (ham and funeral potatoes!!) And ended at the Smith's home for dessert (a delicious fruit parfait) It was a great time, with some truly awesome friends. It's good to have friends when you're far from family on special holidays like today.

I remember doing progressive dinners when I was in college...I forgot all about them until reading your post. Glad you had fun and that you were able to spend time with friends. :)

Love all the pictures!! We were missing you here for Easter...but I'm SO glad you had a wonderful day with your friends, they can make a BIG difference!! Of course, we had ham and funeral potatoes too...and garlic knot rolls I found on kitchen cafe. Check it out, they are pretty easy to make and tasty!
