For dinner with the Elders, Jon wanted me to make some Guacamole. Okkkkay, I don't even like the stuff! But I gave it a shot and I think it turned out yummy... Well, as yummy as that nasty slimy stuff can be. It's got all the great stuff I don't like..raw onions, avocados, cilantro etc. Thank goodness for my Magic Bullet!! (and the recipe book it came with) I think it's suppose to look like baby food right?!

but it's not very GREEN! Is that just the color on the blog...or did you get confused and really make baby food?? Did the people who like guacamole enjoy it? How were the tacos?
And the most important question--what's for dessert?
I know it's not very green...The avocado was yellow inside.(really strange, but it was one of those big ones with a pit bigger then a golf ball) Jon said it was delish though. No dessert, I'm trying to be good.
